Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds for any purchases made through our services, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of sale in the purchase contract or receipt.

Important: Returns of excess unopened items are at our discretion and subject to inspection. Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and in new condition. Restocking fees will be determined based on the type and quantity of items returned.
